A crate usually contains a mix of 8 different vegetables, herbs and sometimes (edible) flowers.
The subscription term is 10 weeks. Delivery is included but only within the ring of Amsterdam or Nieuw West. Moment of delivery is on Wednesday evening between 18.00 till 21:00 or on Saterday morning 10:00 till 13:30.
Wednesday delivery starts on the 8th May and ends on the 10th of July. Saterday delivery is from 11th of May until the 13th of July.
Description
A long winter of cabbages and carrots makes everybody crave for the fresh young green vegetables and herbs of spring. Every week there is an new reveal to celebrate. Springs in the Netherlands starts very calm with the first fresh turniptops traditionaly used in a mash. Radishes which are at there best now realy lifts up the spirits. Then reveals are coming very quick with rhubarb, spring-onions and the scent of rozes. At the end of spring the abundance of summer begins to take shape with the first fafabeans and peas.
